More about polka RASPBERRY jam
If summer can be bottled, then INNA Jam holds the secret recipe. This raspberry jam is made from organic Polka raspberries, which originated in Poland (go figure!); these are grown in the West Coast's berry belt of Wastonville, California, just 90 miles away from INNA Jam's kitchen. Each spoonful bursts with sweet tartness and is laced with its natural notes of rose and violet. Spread it on bread, layer it into a pie, or mix it with oil and vinegar to create sweet and tangy salad dressing.
About INNA jam
After a Thanksgiving dinner drunk on spicy jalapeƱo jam, Dafna Kory, a video editor from Berkeley, California, began experimenting in her kitchen. When her daytime job took a hiatus in 2009, she decided to start jamming full-time and INNA Jam was born. Fortunate to reside near the fertile coast of California, INNA Jam sources all its ingredients from organic farms within 100 miles of its kitchen. Each jar is made from a single source, so it's never mixed with other fruit or cluttered by competing flavors from herbs, spices, or flavorings
"Our single-varietal jams capture the unique flavors of each fruit at its seasonal peak."
- Dafna Kory, Owner
