INNA jams are fresh, seasonal jams made from fruit sourced within 100 miles of our Berkeley kitchen. INNA jams are made in small batches and contain just enough organic sugar to lightly sweeten. The unique flavor of each fruit varietal shines through, resulting in bright, clean flavors. A jar of jam contains fruit from a single source! Aside from being delicious, INNA products carry a minimal carbon footprint: We transport and deliver on bicycles, we accept returns of empty jars, we compost our kitchen scraps, we source locally, sustainably, and organically.

Our Story

After a Thanksgiving dinner where she became infatuated with spicy jalapeño jam, Dafna Kory, a video editor from Berkeley, California, began experimenting in her kitchen. When her daytime job took a hiatus in 2009, she decided to start jamming full-time, and INNA Jam was born. Fortunate to reside near the fertile coast of California, INNA Jam sources all its ingredients from organic farms within 100 miles of its kitchen. Each jar is made from a single source, so it's never mixed with other fruit or cluttered by competing flavors from herbs, spices, or flavorings.
